Success and happiness is all about movement, if you can't move anymore then it means you're failing and you are not noticing it. Just like an NBA player who is not being used by his coach, yeah he is earning huge money but he is not moving... deep inside h feels like a failure, deep inside he doesn't love what is going on. It's movement that will make you happy, if you're not moving then you will become sad, as simple as that. So if you feel that there is no more movement in your place... do something about it, it's either you go to a different place or seek hard where you an make an action. Don't just sit there and do nothing, you need to make a move and take matters into your own hands. Don't be afraid of failing, don't be afraid of getting uncomfortable by transferring to another place.
