DO 100 PUSH UP A DAY AND YOUR LIFE WILL CHANGE

If you want to change your life and you can't think of a process that will do the transformation... just do 100 push ups a day and never stop. I mean everyday, even if it's Christmas, valentines day or your birthday... do it. They say you need to rest the muscles so it will develop, that was the excuse of losers, that was the excuse of lazy people. If you can do it then do it, you will only stop if you can't move your arms anymore. But 100 push ups a day is very easy, it is too doable. The difficult part is being consistent and trying to do it for 365 days a year. If you can do it for 365 days straight then you will become a different animal, you will feel more confident, you will feel that nothing can touch you.

You will become fierce, a bully will be scared of you, he will feel your power. You will become disciplined, your endurance will improve and you can stay in a task for a longer period of time. Your life will change because you become consistent and it will reflect in everything that you're doing, you will have that energy to persevere because every time you do push up... you are training your mental toughness, you are improving your ability to take actions, you will just do it if needed, you don't care anymore even if you're sore or ill.

Because that consistency that you built will become your weapon, it will make you work harder, it will make you do more, you can endure a lot of pain now... you're totally a different animal.

So if you want to change your life... pick something that is hard and do it everyday. Do it even if you don't want to do it, if you can do it even if your brain is making a lot of excuses then it will be easier for you to do some other things that you don't want, you will face the pain of laziness, you will destroy laziness and your direction now will become clearer and better.

Consistency is the key to change. You just do it because you need to do it not because you want to do it. Just do it! be a doer and not a waiter.
