HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO IF YOU'RE SAD

No matter how much happiness you are feeling now, no matter how big you become... you will still become sad for no reason. Or maybe there will be a problem that will make you sad, that's how life goes, you can never become happy everyday and you have to accept it. Life is a roller coaster of emotions, one day you're happy the other day you're going to become sad. It is what it is, there is no permanent emotion in this world and you have to accept it to avoid getting depressed. Sadness is part of your life, there can be no happiness without sadness. You have to experience it so you can appreciate life even more, don't worry if you're sad because you will still become happy again for no reason.

IF YOU'RE SAD HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?

1.Exercise. Stay active, stay in motion, sadness will go away if you're sweating and making yourself productive. Just walk or run or do some simple yoga. Your body needs a different activity if you want your emotions to change. Exercise will make your body secret hormones that is essential for creating a positive state or happiness.

2. Just think about the happy thoughts. Emotions were created from thoughts. If you think about happy thoughts then you will become happy. If you think about negative thoughts then you will become sad. It's all in your head, if you can control your thoughts then you can control your emotions, as easy as that.

3. Try to learn something new. Learn something new so that your mind will shift its focus. Learning something new will make you excited once again and passionate once again, it will give you a different state of mind, it will make you happy in some ways.
