JUST BE YOURSELF DURING TIGHT SITUATIONS

Most people including me have forgotten to be themselves during tight situations. That makes them struggle to adapt and make good decisions. Being yourself means just staying calm, you don't need to win right away, you don't need to dominate right away, it means being calm being able to entertain the right thoughts and execute the right action to have an advantage. It's hard to be yourself during tight situations, it's really really hard. But just stay calm, maintain your composure. It doesn't matter if you look stupid or weak, it doesn't matter if you look out of place just stay calm and try to weather the storm. You need to feel the pain, feel the struggle, feel everything that is going on around you.

DON'T FORGET TO BREATHE

Take a deep breathe but don't take it slowly, don't let other people notice it. Breathe slowly because that is what you need to do. Stop thinking because for the moment you are entertaining a lot of negative thoughts, if you will stop thinking then later you will be able to entertain positive thoughts. Breathing is vital, it is the source of life, all you need to do is breathe and you're alive. What else do you need? nothing right? breathing is the only way to stay alive, it's all you need. One breathe at a time and you will be fine.

Being yourself means not overreacting nor trying to be someone who you are not. Being yourself means letting the situation flow but you will still impose your will, you will still do what you need to do. Being yourself means giving your best and you try to win despite of the hard situation.
