YOU DON'T NEED A PEACE OF MIND

What you don't know is you don't need a peace of mind, always remember that the more you don't need something... the more you will have it. If you're not worried about money then you will get more money, if you're not worried about getting any attention then you will get more attention. Let go of something that is making your life even harder. If something is bothering you, let it bother you, stop resisting and just focus your attention to some other things that will make you feel better. It's all about where are you going to place your focus. Because the more you focus on what bothers you... the more it will bother you in the long run, it will make you go crazy, it will turn you into a super negative human being, do you like that?

Peace of mind is overrated, nobody has achieved a real peace of mind, no mind is perfect, even Monks were having a hard time controlling their own minds. What you need to master is acceptance and simply being in the moment. Accept that something is bothering you, accept that the world is not perfect, your life is not perfect and it shouldn't be. You are not suppose to feel good all the time, you are suppose to embrace all feelings that you can embrace. It's ok if you're stressed a little bit, it's part of being a real human. Feel life while you still can because it's not going to last forever. Always remember that pain is just part of the game, you don't need to worry about it, you don't need to let it disturb you.

Develop a mindset of being OK no matter what. Always think that whatever happens to you... you are ok, you are good, you are still alive and you need to be appreciative of that. Life is easy if you will accept that pain and suffering is just self inflicted. It's all in your head, the sad truth is... the more you look for a peace of mind, the more your mind will become cluttered with different thoughts. There is no such thing as completion, there is no such thing as perfection. Your mind will become disturbed by something no matter how hard you meditate or look for peace. There will always be a problem, there will always be a friction and you need to deal with it.

So don't look for a peace od mind, don't look for comfort. Just develop the ability to adapt with any kind of situation. Learn to embrace everything in your life if you can't change it and you will see that your life is getting easier and easier. There is no really problems here, it is just a perception, it is just a view of life. If you can just think that your life is perfect and you don't need to change anything about it, if you can really feel that way then your life is already perfect. You don't need to give attention to all of your problems, you don't need to feel good all the time, just live your life, don't look for a peace of mind because sometimes you will never really have it. You will always see imperfection but that's ok, just shift your thoughts to a different subject so you will feel a little bit better.

Just say to yourself that what is happening around you is just another experience, it will come and go. What you are going through right now is not permanent. Happiness is just a feeling, don't make it a big deal, so what if you're not happy? there is nothing wrong about it, don't worry because you will feel happy later only if you stay positive and patience. Just be in the moment and that's it, have fun with your life if you can, don't change anything if you can't. And even no matter how hard you try you are struggling and stressed... just don't quit, it's ok, it's going to be ok. Time is fast, you will not even notice that you're already smiling.
