HOW TO STOP BEING EMOTIONAL

Being too emotional is your greatest enemy. You're always reacting to something even if it's not even worth it to waste your time. You're too sensitive, just a little noise, just a little critic, just a little form of disturbance done by other people is ruining your day. You're stressed all day because you're too emotional. You're not productive because you're prioritizing your emotions too much, you can't do something because you're too emotional and dramatic, you're too soft. Just a little problem or friction is making you feel bad. If you want to have a happy life then stop being too emotional, that's it.

The key to stop being too emotional is to focus on your goals, stop giving something any attention if it is not related to your goal. Chasing goal is great, it will make you feel invincible, it's because you will no longer look at things that are not even helping you at all. If something is disturbing you, think first... is it helping you to achieve your goals? Why be emotional if you can let it go? why dwell on things that doesn't really even matter at all? Your feelings is stopping you, it's making you stuck, it's giving a lot of resistance. Stop being too emotional, stop feeling bad for something that is not even relevant to your life.

Don't think too much, what happens happens, you can never change it anymore. All you can do is make good decisions now, take actions that will put you on a better position. Never feel that you're special because that is the starting point of being emotional, kill your ego. Never think that you're better, wiser, richer, more educated or right than somebody else because that will make you sensitive, you will feel bad if you're not treated right, you will feel that everyone should treat you special. Stop thinking that you're "the one" this will stop you from being too emotional, stop thinking that you are always right, stop thinking that you're the chosen one.

Learn to let go if you lose, so what if you lose? it's normal, everybody lose, even the greatest of all time lose. Stop looking for a perfect record, stop being a perfectionist. You will never be able to accept something easily if you're always a perfectionist. Learn to accept all the things that happened, if you can't change it anymore so be it. Stop making dramas, stop whining because it will only make you feel bad even more. So just be happy with anything that happened, learn to kill your ego. You are not here to become perfect and number one, you are here to enjoy your life and give your best every single day. It's too easy if you can accept things and events as it is, remember that you can still try tomorrow, better things may happen tomorrow.

It's ok to get emotional if it's giving you success but if not... just stop it, it's better to look and feel like a stone rather than being savage and loud. A calm mind is better than an emotional mind. SO if you're tired then just move forward and forget your emotions, forget that you are tired and you will feel better, forget that you still need to do a lot of things. You will become tired even more if you will think that there is still a lot left to do. Thinking about future and the difficulty of a specific situation is being emotional too. Just stay still, love the present moment and just do the important things in your life.
