STRESS IS JUST A REMINDER TO LIVE IN THE MOMENT

Don't worry if you're so stressed, it's ok, it's just a sign that you need to be in the moment. Feel the pain, feel the struggle and suffering, it's ok, you will never die, you will only become stronger and better, your mental toughness will soar to a different level. Success and living a happy life is not all about feeling good, it's all about embracing everything and still being happy with your situation. Because for whatever reason you will really feel bad. You will feel lazy, scared, stressed, heavy, confused, sick but it's ok, you're still alive. All you have to do is embrace those emotions and suddenly you will feel better again in just a matter of minutes.

Don't panic whenever you're feeling bad, it's just sign that you need to be mindful, you need to appreciate life even more and stop rushing things, stop trying to escape your situation because wherever you are right now is the best place to live. Embrace life, what will happen will happen but stop wasting your life focusing on things that are only making your suffering even worse. Suffering is self inflicted, if you can just be happy with your life now even if it's too hard then suffering will end.

It's not hard at all, you just don't want it, you're just too picky and full of ego, you're a spoiled brat. But if you will live your life second by second then you will see a lot of goodness on it. The traffic will become enjoyable, your sickness will become beautiful, the deadline of project will feel so long, the pressure will feel lighter, every people around you will feel valuable. Embrace the stress and you will have a different perspective in life, you will feel happier and more satisfied. Don't be afraid of any kind of feelings, it's normal, you will understand what it is all about, you will discover how to deal with it the more you stop resisting it.

Because the more you resist and complain about it... the stronger it will get. Just live in the moment, stress is a reminder that you need to slow down and appreciate life even more. Stress will go away if you can learn how to be mindful of everything around you and simple focus on breathing. Relax, everything will be alright, everything will be good. Learn to manage your thoughts and emotions, stress doesn't mean it's the end of the world, just like I said... it's only a reminder that you need to slow down and appreciate your life even more.

Stress will go away anytime. You don't need a cigar, soft drinks, food, alcohol, TV or anything that will numb the stress. You will only become dependent of those things, and that is a bad idea because what if you don't have any access of those stress relievers? you will freak out, you will feel like dying. Just embrace it, slow down a little bit, learn to breathe and stress is gone, you will even become proud of yourself because you were able to handle a discomfort and deal with it the right way.
