HOW TO FACE YOUR FEARS?

It's by feeling yourself, it's by looking inside of you. You need to understand your fear, you need to feel your system and understand why are you so afraid of it. You will become scared even more if you will always rush what is going on. Face your fears by breathing and feeling your whole system. Take it slow, you just need to be in the moment and never look for an escape, never look for an easy way. You are scared of it because you think it's painful, you think something bad will happen.

Of course you will feel the stress, of course you will feel uncomfortable, that is how to deal with your fears... by facing the pain and negative emotions. All you have to do is be still and take actions if needed. Make your pace slow, make your heartbeat slow, make everything slow and enjoy every feelings that you are feeling. Just play with your emotions, have fun with it. It's not hard as you think, it will be very easy if you will never try to run away.

It's like letting go, it's stopping resisting, it's letting it happen naturally, don't fight it... you will feel better in a while.

Fear will only last for a few seconds if you accept that it will only give a little pain, it will last forever if you will try to avoid it. Do what scares you, face your fears and never try to run away from it. Feel it, embrace it and have fun with it.
