5 SIMPLEST STEPS TO CHANGE YOUR BUM LIFE

Everybody wants to change, everybody is so sick and tired of their lives but they don't know what to do. They want a better life but they are not doing something about it, all they do is ask for a life coach, ask for miracles. There is no such thing as a magic pill. Life coach will never change your life, they are just there to give you an insight, some of them are just doing their business... they don't really care if you change or not, all they want is your money.

Here are the simplest steps to change your bum life. I already tried these methods and it really works.

1. Stop your addiction. Look deeply in your life, look at your addiction. Where are you addicted at? are you addicted in shopping, food, gossips, procrastination, video games, sports, tv, social media? is that addiction making your life better? admit it to yourself, if you're not getting better because of that addiction then it's time to stop it. It's better to be not doing anything rather than destroying your life because of your addiction. Just walk

2. Focus on your actions. Focus on your actions, forget about what other people are doing. Focus on movement and you will see an improvement. Stop looking at other people's lives. Focus on taking actions and you will feel better. Just move forward and do something positive in your life. You will forget your problems if you are moving and doing something.

3. Never think that change is fast. Change will not happen in an overnight effort, you have to be consistent and committed. Change will happen slowly and gradually, never force it, be patient and just continue the positive thing that is going on with your life

4. Get involve in a sports activity. Choose something that will make you sweat, if you are always active then you will become a positive individual, you will become more productive and useful. You will become happier if you are always in motion.

5. Pursue a goal. If your life is revolving around your goal then you will always do something positive for it, you will stay busy, you have something to do that has a benefit. Pursue a goal and never stop until you achieved it. It maybe a small or big goal, what matters is you are doing something to stay busy.
