HOW TO FEEL FEARLESS WHEN YOU'RE PRESSURED

When you feel pressured your mind can't operate at its best. When you're pressured you are not aware of what is really going on, you just follow what your mind says. But your mind is blank, it is not functioning properly.

If you feel pressured you need to think that everything is nothing and you will feel good right away. If you can convince yourself that everything doesn't matter at all then your fears will go away. Because that's the truth about life... we are all nothing and we will all end nothing. Don't ever think that just because you are rich then you can do anything in life and you have the privilege to act like a king, don't worry time will come and you will become old, the sad thing is... you will never be able to bring your riches with you once you die.

Pressure creates diamonds, keep in mind that you are being pressured because you need to grow, there is no growth in a safety environment, growth can only be seen during the most difficult times of your life. Once you feel pressured... always think that it's a time for growth, all you need to do is stay calm, be mindful and never rush.

If you are panicking then the pressure will grow bigger, you have to show pressure that you're not going to crack. Never look at the people around you, look at how you feel, understand that it's your emotions that is making the pressure even stronger. If you will stay calm then that pressure will look nothing, you will not even feel it. Just give your best and breathe, don't breathe heavily breathe slowly and calmly, relax your mind. Once you're relaxed you will be able to control the situation.

Pressure is only an illusion, it becomes real because you are rushing, you are trying to look like an amateur. You need to trick your mind, think that you are a professional and you know what you are doing. Everything that you will do is right if you are doing it with ease and you are not letting anyone interfere with the way you move.
