You never know what will work or when will it work so just keep working. Because if you stop then that's the time when the energy stops flowing, your momentum also stop and you will feel lazy again, you will lose the motivation and drive to work even if the results were not showing yet.
It can work tomorrow or later or even now, just don't stop because you never know what may happen. Hard work attracts success so if you are really working hard then good things will be attracted to you, as simple as that. Hard work pays off you just need to trust this quote one more time, never doubt it... just do it. It will not happen when you want it to happen, it will happen when it is already suppose to happen. Your time will come, every time you work hard you get closer and closer to success so don't ever doubt the process, don't ever fear the journey.
It's ok to get lost a little bit, it's ok to get frustrated but never stop working, keep standing every time you fall... amplify your beliefs and give your very best every single second.
