THERE'S NO DIFFICULT

Difficult is only in the mind, stress is only in the mind. Something or any situation becomes painful because you want to escape from it, you're always looking for comfort. Every time you do that your life gets harder and harder. The best way to stop feeling bad is learn to feel, learn to adapt, embrace what you're feeling now and think that it is alright. You have to love your situation, you have to love everything that's going on with your life right now. Don't complain and just learn how to adapt and improvise. Adapt to where you are and improvise the feelings, fake it till you make it, feel happy, and even if you can't change your emotion yet... just don't complain, don't blame and never make dramas. 

Any task, any goal is easy if you will just take it one step at at a time. Be faster and just do it, just start and never hold yourself back, never over think, never think negatively, never get discourage every time you struggle or experience a difficult step, just keep pushing forward and you will be able to finish any task or accomplish any goal. What makes something difficult is your mindset, you get overwhelmed with the idea that it will take so long to get it. You're letting the obstacles distract you, the truth is the obstacle is the way... face it and you will find out that it's there to teach you a lesson. Condition your mind to think that everything is easy, don't be afraid to feel, you're not trying to embrace your emotion and that's why you feel that life is difficult. Everything will be a lot easier if you will stay in the moment and never try to resist anything. 

Just embrace everything and move forward, if you need to do something just do it. If you can't move now because you're stuck in a traffic or you're waiting on a line... just feel it, enjoy it, learn how to stay still and never complain. Because all the complaining does, all the drama does is make your life more miserable, you don't need to amplify the pain you just need to feel it and it will go away anytime soon. You don't need to resist the pain or the difficulty, you just need to embrace it to take away it's power. The truth is it's just annoying you, it's just trying to make you react. If you will not react to it then it will become powerless. There power is within you, you're always in control, control your thoughts and emotions and nothing can make you suffer. 

Ignore all the resistance, ignore all the pain, ignore everything that's distracting you or disturbing you and just move forward, that's how to win in life. Stop acting like a victim, don't play the weak game, there is something you can do about your difficult situation, you can overcome anything, you can weather any storm and keep moving forward. So stop making dramas, stop judging the situation and thinking that it's hopeless, you have to think like a real winner, be greater than your situation. Never care if something you need to do is hard, just do it, take it slowly and never rush, don't think about the finish line and think about the next step.
