Sometimes mental health is just being marketed nowadays, some people who really did not experience it is using it as platform to earn money. They're acting like a coach, they're acting like a victim, they're making stories and dramas to get sympathy from people and later they will offer you some products on how to cure it. Funny isn't it? the most disturbing thing is people believe these fake gurus. Mental health was not an issue before, it became a big issue when social media became popular. People everywhere are making stories, making dramas, they're using it to get sympathy and support. Some big personalities are even using it as an excuse if they fail. It's a big business, it's a big drama nowadays so beware if you're getting caught with these dramas because you need to escape it as soon as possible.
The cure for mental health is very simple... see yourself, be aware if you're making dramas, always choose to love yourself. Why will you make drams and look for sympathy if you can be strong. Always believe that you are enough and you don't need anything to feel happier. Never chase happiness, let it come and go naturally. Never define attach your happiness with external things, likes from other people, success, money or fame. Happiness will come and go, it will be felt naturally so don't worry if you're sad, don't feel bad when you're failing, don't hate the world when things are not going your way. Time is fast, every wound will heal, every success will fade, every pain will go away, the world will keep revolving and you need to just go with the flow and never make dramas ever because you're only wasting your life by doing that.
You only have one life, why will you waste it for nothing? why will you waste a lot of time making dramas? you can choose to become appreciative even if you're sad, you can choose to become positive even if nothing good is going on with your life. Focus on what you think, be mindful of the thoughts that come and go in your mind. If you can be aware that you're making dramas then you need to change that thought right away. Come to think of it, your problem is not that big and it's you who is making it a big deal. Always think that you're not special, you don't need any attention, you don't need anything to become happy. Never think that you're entitled of everything you want and that you need to work hard to get all of it.
Mental health will never be your issue if you will just learn to appreciate the small things in your life. Many people are experiencing it because of envy, jealousy and not giving themselves a chance to experience pain. If you are resisting pain then you will feel it even more, you have to embrace it and grow with it, feel it, accept it, this is life it is painful but at the same time very beautiful. Stop making dramas that you're such a victim and that you don't deserve what you're getting. Choose to become strong, stop broadcasting your pain to the world, feel it and make it your motivation.
