FINDING YOUR STRENGTH ON THE INSIDE



If you're always looking outside, if you're always reacting to people and unfavorable circumstances then you are choosing to become weak instead of choosing to become strong. Strength can only be found on the inside and not on the outside. If you will just learn how to look inside of yourself and study yourself, if you can just stay calm and think smarter then you will discover that you are feeling weak and helpless because you're not focusing on what you have, you're not focusing on what you can control and that is your thoughts and emotions. You can control your thoughts, all it takes is the discipline to focus on what you really want to happen with your life. Never under estimate the power of inner strength, all powerful human beings get their strength on the inside, they always focus on how they feel, they live in the moment and doesn't look on the outside whenever things gets harder. 

Weak people will react, weak people will blame other things why they are failing, they have a victim mindset, their happiness is based on external things and events. And that's why they always feel bad every time they lose control on circumstances they wanted to control. The key to find your strength is learn how to feel yourself, focus on what you can do and ignore the things that are disturbing you and making you feel bad. Focus on taking it one step at a time, focus on growing and evolving and never focus on the outcome. If you can just enjoy yourself, if you can just be happy when things are not good then you're already successful, you're already a winner in life. The strongest people on earth are not the ones who are dominating and winning, sometimes the popular people are the ones with the most miserable life. The strongest people are the ones who are ok not being ok, they are the ones who can control their minds and can accept whatever may happen now.  

So every time you feel weak and hopeless, go to the inside. Feel every emotion running inside of your body and never resist anything, never try to control your emotions, just let it be felt. Watch your thoughts come and go, feel the pain, feel the discomfort and you will feel comfortable later. All you have to do is watch everything about you, study yourself why are you feeling that way. Study yourself why are you thinking that way and admit if you're thinking negative, accept that your thoughts now is not helping you. Always remember that you are the only one who's making your life difficult by entertaining things and ideas that are making your life worse. Success and happiness is simply about doing the right thing and thinking the right way, it's not about what you get in life, it's about what you do with your life. So stop looking outside and just focus on the inside, you will feel more powerful by doing this, you will learned that you'r always in control of how you feel.
