Happiness is the most overrated thing in the world, stop looking for it because it will become more elusive the more you chase it. Just live your life regardless if you are happy or not... just live and never quit, as simple as that. There is no hack to happiness, sometimes you will feel it sometimes you will not, if you keep on chasing for it it will never be achieved. Just take it one day at a time and give your best, stop wasting time and your sadness will disappear a little bit, live your life with purpose, look for small improvements everyday and you will be steadier. The truth is not needing anything will make you more powerful, it will make you stronger than ever so quit looking for something before you get happy, you need to be happy being you and the rest will follow. The challenge here is to appreciate what you have and be open to prosperity or improvement. Just be satisfy of what you have and never compare yourself to others, as simple as that. You get sad and depress by looking for what is missing in your life instead of using what you have to improve and get better everyday. You are enough, you don't need anything, you can become happy by simple fixing your thoughts, it's all in your head, happiness is an inner work. You don't need anything or anyone to become happy, you just need yourself, you can draw the state from within. Not needing or anything or anyone is the real happiness in life. Just take actions and make yourself busy, the key here is to keep moving forward and avoid thinking too much. Thinking will only create depression. Imagination and daydreaming is for losers. If you want to feel stronger you need to be moving forward even if the movement is not giving you too much reward. The truth is you're already winning whenever you're takin actions that has a purpose, you don't need a lot to survive, you just need what you need and it will be give to you when you move, choose taking actions over inaction. If you want to get something then go and get it, focus on the process and never focus on the results. Treat it like a game, you may win or lose but you have to accept the consequences, you have to accept the outcome may it be good or bad. The key is to stop looking for a perfect life, accept it for what it is, it may go up or down, it may be rocky or smooth but don't ever waste your energy tryin to focus on what you can't control. If you lose so be it, if you win so be it but the more you focus on what you can't control the more miserable your life will be. Learn to disappoint people, don't be afraid to get rejected, don't be afraid to lose, don't be afraid to reject people too, that is life, you will never get everything you want. Just deal with the losses and defeats and never make it a big deal, focus on what you can control and that is working harder and building a stronger mind that can weather any storm and welcome success into your life.
