EMOTION REGULATION

If you will not do something to get better what else will you do? which path will you go? you are wasting your life being lazy and complacent. You need to push yourself no matter what and take your journey to another level. Hustle hard every single day, focus on the process, focus on the plan and stick with it no matter what. The reason why you can't make a progress is because you're looking for a shortcut, you want it fast, you want it right away without having to suffer for it. Stop looking for an easy life because it will make you weak, you need to go hard every single day and build yourself through fire and pain. That's something you cannot fake, when you build yourself with fire and never quit until you finally made a breakthrough. Keep pushing forward even if it is hard, even if the vision is blurry, even if the struggle is heavy, just do it, you can always do something that will create a little bit of momentum, nothing can stop you if you will make yourself unstoppable, as simple as that. Don't be afraid to get tired, fail, repeat again, get humiliated, criticized or feel bad. After all these are all just feelings, if you will detach from it then you're nit hurt. This is just a matter of mind conditioning and emotional regulation, if you can honestly say to yourself that you're not bothered by something then it has no power over you. If you can stop reacting, stop giving it attention, consider it dead and it is powerless, as simple as that. The reason why you feel the pain is because you're so emotionally attached with it. Stop being attached with it and it become powerless. Keep moving forward, do what you need to do, give your all and never care if you fail or succeed, just pushing yourself to the limits is already an award, it's a prize already, knowing that you leave it all on the line is a self recognition, you know you can count on yourself, you know you can rely on yourself, you know you can take actions and do what is needed in order to change the situation. It's on you, what are you doing now? are you getting better? are you forcing yourself to do the things you hate but necessary? or are you simply taking your life for granted? the choice is yours, you can never blame somebody or something for your misery, you created misery by yourself. Never care if you're losing, never care if they are laughing at you, for as long as you are fighting and moving forward... you are fine, you don't need validation, you don't need any approval from anybody, you can do something, you can make an impact, you can affect any situation and not be affected by it, you can detach from the outcome and still work harder than anybody. You can become free even if you are suffering, you can stop listening to what people say and do it your way, you can force fate do bend to your will, it's just a matter of regulating your emotions and not letting fear, embarrassment or failure affect you.
