Trying is the reward, it is a benefit, it is the prize, most people think of it as a punishment but the truth is it is the real prize of life, you can try as much as you want, you can do it now, you can take matters into your own hands, nothing can ever stop you. Your emotion is what is stopping you, if you can feel comfortable being scared, anxious or overwhelmed. If you can calm a little bit and never let the subconscious mind run the show then you will become unstoppable. Your subconscious mind is running your life all the time, if you can train your willpower to reprogram it and think differently you will win in life, you will take control and take the power back. But the problem is you are letting your old thoughts control you and make you weak. It's time to think differently so you can feel something new, it's time to slow it down and create thoughts that will help you to become stronger, faster and more effective. You are ineffective because your mind is defective, if you can create a new mind then you will have a new life. It will only happen if you will face the pain, take new actions, create new habits that will give you a little help, do something you haven't done before. New life means new mind and new actions, not new results or opportunities, it is composed of new thoughts and new habits only... that is how to change your bum life. You may not see the change so fast but eventually you will if you keep on persevering and pushing until you finally made a breakthrough. It is hard because you are thinking that it is hard, it will be easier if you will force yourself to take the right actions that will bring you closer and closer to what you really want. Commitment and discipline is the key and nothing else, you don't need to become the best here, you don't need to become a genius or gifted individual. What you need to do is slow down and watch your actions and thoughts carefully, are you doing somethin that will help you or make you worse? the answer lies in your hands. What is your next step? what is your next thought? what is the pattern that you are trying to preserve? you are either sabotaging your own life or making a stride. What slows you down? what keeps you going? recognize the pattern, trace the strength and weakness. A random thought can stop you or scare you, a simple actions can give you a momentum, the way to force yourself to move is watch your steps all the time, watch your pauses and triggers. What forces you to take action? what makes you tick? what makes you stop? what makes you slow? it's on you to build the right patterns and tricks that will make you effective to take massive actions and become a winner in life. The control is yours, you can change your mind now, all it takes is enduring the pain of hard work and the inconvenience of building new habits. Replace your old patterns, it should happen now, if you're not doing something different now then you will fall back to your old programming.
