FINDING THE RIGHT COMBINATION (how to lose weight using your willpower alone)

Success and life is simply about finding the right combination that works for you. Never let anybody tell you what to do, never let any professional or perfectionist wannabe tell you what is the right thing. It's all about the trial and error process, what works for you is right. Never let science, facts, history stop you from discovering something. Never let a coach or critics tell you how should it be done. You can do it the way you wanted to do it. Stop restricting yourself, stop limiting yourself because anything is possible if you believe. The willpower alone can change something. Your burning desire can produce greatness into your life. So feel unstoppable all the time and do what you are suppose to do. Follow your heart and never let anybody tell you that you are wrong. 

People will always tell you that you are wrong, people will always tell you that there is a better way on how to do things. You have to keep pushing and follow your heart, believe in yourself, believe in the process that you choose and never look back. Stop listening to them and just use your willpower to make things happen. Because it's you against you, you're the one who will make yourself successful, you're the one who's going to let yourself fail, not them, not anyone who thinks they know everything. 

There's a right combination for everything, there's a right process, there's a designated technique for you. And only you can make it work. My friend Joey Boy was weighing 350 lbs, he was overweight, he loves to eat. His friends are calling him a pig so one day he decided that it's enough, he said to himself that he will change his life. So he go to the gym and work 5 hours straight everyday, non stop. He is committed, he got this burning desire that he wants to cut his weight and look like Arnold Schwarzeneger. And it happened. Take not, he is still eating a lot of unhealthy food, he is still everything he wants but he overpower those calories and carbs by lifting weights and running for 5 hours a day. While some nutritionist and coach wannabe will tell you that proper diet and exercise is the right way and always calculate the calorie intake that you put into your body everyday, then why the hell did my friend Joey Boy manage to become successful in cutting his weight by simply using his willpower? he is not scientific, his is not technical, he doesn't care about the details, all he know is he need to work hard and stay committed and it works for him. 

The point here is you can find the right combination that works for you. Never believe in what people say because it's your life, you can experiment on it, you can become great by simply following your own process. You don't need a coach, a nutritionist or a steroid body builder to tell you what to do. It's all about finding the right combination. Me, I was also overweight before but I manage to trim down my weight by simply starving myself, I do intermittent fasting a lot, I still eat unhealthy foods but I do fasting a lot and it makes me win all the time, I feel good about it, I am not restricting my appetite and still I have the perfect body that is good for romancing 10 playmates simultaneously.
