HOW TO BE IN THE ZONE

To be in the zone means leaving your comfort zone, it means you need to just do it and forget everything else. Forget your emotions, forget how you feel, forget what will happen next. Just do it and do it and do it. Never stop until you feel good about it... that's how to be in the zone.

Being in the zone doesn't mean you will have a good start, most of the times you will have a rough start. Just like an athlete competing... at first he is scared, he is nervous, he is shaking but once he face the discomfort and keep moving... everything else will be good. He will feel the game, he will have a strong momentum.

SO if you feel bad now... just start, just take actions, face your fears...fall in love with it. Emotions are is underrated, a lot of people thinks that they need to feel good first before they can take actions, they were so soft... they can't even execute a small step.

If you want to be in the zone so fast... stop thinking and just do it, just do your best, even if you are slow... start fast. It's ok to feel heavy, it's ok to feel irritated... that bad emotion will soon go away from your system once you're making a momentum.

Do it again and again, even if the result were ugly... do it, never mind where you are right now, never mind if you look so bad.. Remember that feeling good is not your priority, your priority is getting small results. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, don't be afraid of failures... the more you fail the more you get better at it. Being in the zone is just like surpassing that negative emotion you are feeling in the beginning, once you get use to it, once you get comfortable being uncomfortable then you will succeed.
