Stop asking yourself if you can still change because the answer depends on you. If you want to change then you must practice your willpower first, you must develop a discipline to stop doing what makes you slow, stop doing what has no benefits, stop looking at the lives of other people... start focusing on your own life.
If you want to change then you need to force yourself, you need to become super enduring because it will be super hard, you will feel a lot of stress, you will experience a lot of discomfort. Change only happens if there is a friction and stress, change will never take place if you think that it will be easy.
Stop questioning yourself if you can still change, start questioning your will power. If you have what it takes then you will change, if you are willing to face stressful moments then you will change. Because your whole system will change. The time you wake up will change, the way you see things will change, your schedule will change, your circle will change, your thought process will change, your focus will change, your habits will change... it's crazy, the whole process is really difficult and you have to accept that it's not going to be a cake walk.
Change now, do something different, do something that will give your life positive things and opportunities.
Remember... your willpower is the most important thing here, if you will use your willpower to the fullest then nothing is impossible, you will be able to turn your life around.
