Work like an animal, work like a work horse, be the baddest man in your field. Be willing to take all the responsibility. Have a goal and do whatever it takes to get it, never think about being right or being nice... just get it and have fun. Because you will only have zero regrets if you give everything you've got for something, give your life into it and you will never think about failure again. You will be proud of yourself because you know you didn't act lazy and you really push yourself to the limits.
If there is an opportunity... grab it, never be afraid of taking it, never be afraid of giving your very best. Show your character, show the real you. You need to become more than your normal self, you need to maximize your full potential, stretch your skills, be the baddest man on your field.
Keep going, keep working.. that is what it's all about. If your vision is so clear and you can see in in your mind... you will get it even if the going gets tough.
You can always overcome any kind of challenges in life, you can become really strong and powerful. All you need to do is trust the process and work as hard as you can. Forget about getting the results, forget about winning fast... just enjoy the ride and you will get there.
Never be afraid to face the problems, never be afraid to work harder than anybody else and get criticized. Of course they will raise their eye brows on you especially if you're making an impact, they will make fun of you if you're attracting a lot of attention.
But you're the baddest man in your field... you will never get shake by negativity.
It's ok if they will not respect you, it's always ok, what matters is you believe in yourself and you keep on reaching for your dreams.
