If your tolerate weakness, laziness, defeat, disrespect, delays then that is who you are. You are what you tolerate, you are what you let control you, you are what you don't want to change. That's basically your life so if you want a new life you need to check out what you tolerate, what's coming into your life will become your life, as simple as that. Don't waste your life tolerating the BS that doesn't serve you at all. Be mindful what you let enter into your life. Be mindful of your thoughts and actions because it is changing you, it is molding you, it is shaping your reality. If you are letting people treat you the way they treat you but you don't like it you are damaging yourself, you better stop it now. If you are thinking negatively and doing actions that are harming you then that will be your life, you are tolerating your laziness, you are tolerating your cowardice and that is why you get weaker and weaker each day. Be careful what you let happen into your life because it will become a habit and that habit will become a strong foundation that is why it is hard to change. If you really wanted to change you must force it, you must endure the pain, change doesn't happen during comfort or easy times, it happens during stressful situations that may give you a lot of pain mentally and physically. But don't worry because you can take it gradually, you don't need to become fast here, you can change slowly but consistently. You can't be saying you will shred 50 lbs today, that change doesn't happen, it will only overwhelm you. You can shred 3 lbs per week and that is possible and realistic. Change must not be rushed, you can be quick and fast but don't look for fast results because that mindset will make you quit. People quit because they can't see change fast, they can't see progress fast, they want to live better but they are not committing. If you want to see greatness, a better experience and a better life then you better change your habits now. Change your timing and rhythm, remove all of your vices, just stop being lazy and wasting time and you will be good, as simple as that. You don't need to become extraordinary or special here, you just need to be fast in moving and making a decision that you're going to do what is best for your life. Pick what is best for yourself, do what is needed, do what is necessary and never complain if it is hard. Watch your thoughts and actions, is it helping you or making you worse. It is in your head it is in your movement not the outside circumstances surrounding you. Watch your movement all the time, watch your decisions and see what you tolerate into your life because that will become your reality.
