HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR FOCUS

Once you're doing something stupid like watching clips, scrolling, eating something bad, watching porn or something... cut it out, just cut it even if you're really having a good time. You must label something as bad and harmful if you want to stop doing it. The problem why people can't change is because they can't think that something is bad and not helping them, once they are doing it... they continue the fun because it is making them feel good. If you want to change you need to become a doer, being a thinker will make you stuck and depressed, being a doer will make you busy and it will give you more and more energy, you will feel unlimited if you're a doer. Every time you find yourself slowing down or doing some stupid thing... stop it and go back to your work as fast as you can. Being focused doesn't mean you will become perfect and wasting time will not happen again, being focused means you are seeing yourself and you can stop yourself right away every time you're doing something that is not good for you. Real focus means you can stop yourself every time you're doing something that is not helping you to finish a task or level up. You know to stop yourself, you are seeing distractions and avoiding it, you get tempted for a few second and then you go back to the new identity that you are creating, someone who is driven to succeed, someone who is willing to make sacrifices just to change his life. You are not a quitter anymore, you are not stopping every time it gets harder, you keep pushing again and again and you have no time for entertainment that drains you. Just embrace the grind, embrace the pain, it's going to feel hard but you can survive it. You can endure the hard work and focus, you can embrace the boredom because you knew something better is waiting for you if you keep going and stay disciplined. You don't need to rush here, you don't need fast results, you don't need to finish your task the moment you want it to be done, all you need to do is take it one step at a time even if you are slow. It's ok if you are slow but don't waste time, don't ever procrastinate, don't go back to your old and bad habits again. Take actions whenever you need to and never make excuses just to feel comfortable. Getting addicted to comfort is the one that will make you fail. You need to stick on the process and keep going further no matter what. Continue even if you're not getting any results, keep persevering even if you're already bored. Doing the boring and repetitive tasks is the number one hobby of the great ones. They knew they have to repeat again and again just to become great at something, they knew that they need volume to get on top. They never complain, they never look for shortcuts...they just do it.
