NEVER PUT SOMEONE ON THE PEDESTAL

If you want to become a leader, if you want to win, if you want to see your full potential...never put someone on the pedestal, you have to make sure you own the moment, you have to make sure you are doing it for yourself and not for others, greatness is selfish, it doesn't need to fit in or shrink just to make others feel comfortable. The only choice you have left is become strong, run them over, never care if they got mad at you, for as long as you're not hurting anybody physically and you're not doing any crime then you're still on the right path. You have to allow yourself to get on top, get better and never care about what people say. start building the habit now of not belittling yourself and doing your very best just to get better so you won't feel inferior during big and pressure situations, always think that everyone is equal and never think that you are better than somebody and never think that someone is better than you. Don't think in terms of hierarchy. Think that everything is equal, think about what you want to happen with your life. If you're always thinking that someone is better than you and that you need to look for permission then you're in big trouble. Just work on yourself, work on your goals and see what will happen next, as simple as that. You don't need to prove yourself to anybody, you just need to be yourself and do your best every single day and you will be alright. If you want to become competitive and operate at the highest level you must stop caring about what people say, stop caring about their status and just focus on your own skills and preparation,
