If a team is trailing by 23 points and it wants to cut the lead and still win the game it needs to work double hard, it needs to push themselves to the limit which is very uncomfortable, that is the only way to make a momentum... to make yourself uncomfortable and use your willpower to move and fight even if you're so tired or feeling lazy. You will never have a momentum if you're always looking for the right timing, you will never make a progress if you're always looking for shortcuts and comfort, that is a weak mindset and a stupid strategy. If you wanted to make a momentum... do it tired, exhausted, scared, lazy and uncomfortable. When you are fighting your negative feelings and still choose to move forward... that is how you make a progress. If you want to finish something or even start something... you have to power through and never give up, go against your emotions, your feelings is nothing but a liability, your emotions will never get anything done. Use your willpower train it, make it stronger by forcing yourself to take actions even if you're not feeling good. At the end of the day emotions is just nothing but a feeling that will never give you anything, if you want to feel powerful you need to force yourself to move, take risks, take chances and never care about what's going to happen next. Watch yourself, are you always killing your momentum because of laziness and wanted to lie down all day long? are you not using your hands and feet? are you always munching some junkfood that is making you weaker, slower and older? you need to use all of your power and energy to have more, if you want more strength use your strength now and never care if you are feeling tired or something. Feeling tired is too normal, everyone is so sick and tired not because they are working hard but because they always choose pleasures all the time and not forcing themselves to work. If you're always looking for shortcuts, excuses and reasons not to work hard then you will feel heavier and more exhausted, you will feel tired even more. If you want to escape that rut you need to force yourself to do more, be faster and bolder, stop feeling weak, stop making excuses because that will never bail you out. Force yourself to move despite of feeling heavy, force yourself to just do it even if you're not feeling well. Stop being a diva, you're better than that, stop being too emotional and just do whatever you want to do to create a momentum, carry on to the next level. Life will get harder and harder and you need to get use to it. Comfort is for the weak, relentless actions is for the legends.
