The secret to getting stronger and better is no secret at all, it's simply through staying disciplined and committed. You are what you do everyday, so if you keep on doing weak stuffs then you will become weak but if you keep on choosing what is hard but beneficial then you will get stronger, as simple as that. Your thoughts will play a major role in your reality, you are what you think about, so if you keep on saying something about weakness, problems, lack and defeats then you will become like that, it will be attracted into your life. Watch yourself, what the hell are you doing right now? is it serving you? is it making you better? is it giving you some money? is it making you mentally tough or mentally weak? the answer comes from you, you must be honest if you are sabotaging your own life. You get weaker and softer every time you fail to avoid temptation. The world today is full of traps, the social media is a trap because it is eating a lot of your time that you could have use to make yourself better. Toxic people are trap because they're making you negative too. Entertainment is a trap because it's distracting you from getting better. You need to be mindful of your thoughts and actions, that's the best way to get better and stronger. If you will not force yourself to think this way hen good luck to you... you will be trapped in a downward spiral, you will never be able to escape the rut you are in. So focus on what matters the most, focus on your physical and mental health, avoid pleasures, stop the thoughts that are making you weak.
Everything you do everyday will make a compound effect and you will see effect in the near future. So if you keep on doing a lot of useless things then you will become useless one day, if you keep on taking care of yourself and get better everyday then you will experience greatness one day. It's simply about what you are doing now and what will you repeat tomorrow. The formula is too simple, start now and never stop. You don't need to become a genius here, it doesn't take too much strength to start, just start and establish that culture. Never care about what other people are doing or thinking, just let them be, focus on your own life and force yourself to get better a little bit. It's going to be hard but it's very basic, you don't need to learn this from an expensive university, they will just teach you information that are useless. The best information is this... just focus on taking it one step at a time, focus on your vision and do whatever it takes to get there. Your goal will become a magnet, it will force you to do things that are hard just to get it. It's like a magic, it's a system that will never fail you.
