THE SECRET TO MENTAL TOUGHNESS

To strengthen your mental toughness you simply need to do what you hate to do. Face the pain, make sacrifices and focus on positive works that will give you something in the future. How does your mental toughness become weak? by focusing on easy things, by scrolling on social media all day long and rewarding yourself with food, drinks and things that you didn't work for. You don't need a reward if you didn't work hard, why the hell will you give yourself something like that? it's only making you terrible, it's making you slow and useless. You need to be realistic here, why the hell will you treat yourself like a hero if you've done terrible things today? why they hell will you act like you deserve a special treatment if all you did was get lazy today? 

you're stronger than you think, you don't know your limits yet so stop putting limits to yourself. The truth is you are unlimited, you're just counting yourself out when things get hard. You need to keep pushing and give yourself a chance to become successful. You can become a beast if you want to, all you need is to choose a lifestyle, be ready to make sacrifices and stop holding yourself back. You can push further as much as you can, it's just a matter of choosing to give everything you've got and never quit when things are harder than you expected to. Stop entertaining limiting thoughts, stop all the BS thoughts that are making you weak. You can teach your mind how to think, always believe that you can always take the next step whenever you want, however you want and whenever you need to. You can endure any kind of stressful situations and manage to survive and thrive. It's all about disciplining yourself and not acting like a weak bum. 

As you push harder your mental strength gets stronger. You don't need to have special talents or whatever, you just need to keep pushing even if it's really uncomfortable and risky. It's all in your head, do you really believe that you can do it? is your faith in yourself enough to make you withstand any kind of storm? You can choose the thoughts and affirmations that makes you stronger and more durable. It all depends on how you view yourself. Always think that you are strong and that you can finish anything. Focus on trying to grow every single day, stop using your time for something that makes you weak mentally like watching porn, eating the wrong foods, thinking about the past, believing in your fears. Use your head the right way, stay present because that is one of the best ways to get mentally sharp and fit. 

Train your mind everyday, teach your mind how to think and learn how to finish every difficult task that you started. Stop stopping all the time, stop resting because you're really not tired. You only worked for 5 minutes straight and you're tired already? stop fooling yourself, quit making excuses, stop looking for an easier path because it is the path of losers.
