IT'S TOO SIMPLE

All you've go to do is move, study, train and take risks. As simple as it sounds, there is no special skills needed here, if you want to become great then train your mind to persevere, be patient and do the harder things. Not the hardest things but the harder things. Preparing is harder than watching TV, training is harder than using your cellphone, producing is harder than gossiping on social media but these things will make you better. The easier and more fun activities will make you dumb, slow, broke and stupid... do you want that? just look at yourself, what are you doing? if it is easy and comfortable then it means you are doomed for depression and failure, you will feel it in the long run. You maybe having a lot of fun now but wait until you get tired of it, wait until your habits were totally all about BS and you will have a tired time moving and doing the right things that will put your mind back on the right path. You have to face the pain, endure what is hard but rewarding. You have to push yourself to go the extra mile and never give up when a random challenge is testing you. 

Don't make your life complicated, you're the only one who is making it harder by choosing to get lazy and do a lot of stupid stuffs. It's ok to get entertained, it's ok to feel good once in a while but don't get addicted to pleasures because it will make you stuck in a mud, it will drown you to misery because problems will come and you don't have the strength to face it because your habits were all weak and useless. You need to make yourself like a metal, like a rock... hard and cannot be dethroned by anything. Create a strong mentality, you can do it by facing challenges that are worth it and will make you grow. Stop being soft, stop acting like a spoiled brat. You are not entitled of something, you are here to work as hard as you can and do whatever it takes to become successful. 

Whenever you feel stuck it's simply because you choose to get stuck, you're not moving your ass, you're too comfortable making excuses and entertaining yourself with different useless activities. Stop all the drama, stop all the useless habits and get started to feel uncomfortable. Compete against yourself, you must break your own records, you must beat your old self that was too slow and not aggressive at all. You need to push yourself to take the next step without even thinking at all. Stop acting like a chicken diva, if you can move then move, stop wasting your time, stop conserving your energy because it is renewable and unlimited. The more you move the more energy you will have. So stop worrying about getting tired because not doing anything more stressful and tiring. You are tired all the time because your body was not use to hard work. Work hard every day and you will become a tireless person.
