If you can say to yourself that it's just a feeling and nothing else then you will be able to overcome your fears easily, it will not stick on your system for a long time, it will go away so fast, maybe you will feel it for just 20 seconds or even less. That's why it is important to know what you are scared, be aware that you are scared and feel it. Most people doesn't even know that they are scared, they just kinda go through motions and that's why they are panicking, they are making mistakes and creates stupid decisions in a rush. The key here is to understand why are you feeling it and never believe in any form of negativity that the fear us suggesting you. Fear is a normal feeling, you will feel it every now and then, it will make you do things that you don't want to do if you can't control it.
Fear will go away in just a matter of time, it will go away fast if you will feel it, you have to embrace it like it can never touch you. You have to be willing to fail, you have to be willing to struggle. Understand that you are scared because you're uncomfortable.
