If you fail on something... you don't need to start all over again, you just need to continue what is left, make the best out of what you can use and keep chasing your dream. A fresh start is just an illusion, there is no such thing as a fresh start because you still have to struggle all over again. If you can continue your journey then continue it, just don't start all over gain because it's like quitting. Just like what Lebron James did in leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers, he wants a fresh start, he wants a new journey, he left his old team because he wants an easy route. And looking for an easy route is not the best decision to make. Look at what happened to Carmelo Anthony when he left the New York Knicks... his career went off, nobody wants to play with him anymore, most of the teams were not interested to him anymore. His contract before was untradable, Knicks can't trade him without his consent, but he waived off that contract and go to Oklahoma. And what did Oklahoma did to him... they treated him like trash. Now his market value was too low because of that one mistake that he did. If he only stayed in New York then he will become a legend there, that was his team, nobody can touch him there.
The same fate will Happen to Lebron James, this player have everything but he keeps on looking for something because he can't appreciate what he have. He keeps on looking for an easy path even though he has a chance of doing it on his own, he is playing safe too much, he wants to become comfortable by teaming up with younger and stronger teammates.
