BELIEVE A SLOW PROGRESS

A slow or small progress is still a progress. You must be happy with it and appreciate it with your heart so that you will be able to repeat it again, so that you will have the motivation and drive to make that progress even bigger next time. It's better to be moving a little bit than just watching your life goes by, you will feel really happy if you can make a small progress now. And you can only do hat by taking one small step and then making a follow through from it. Keep progressing everyday, if there is something you can do... do it, do it fast and never wait. Sometimes people will have to wait for something bad to happen before they even begin. And that's why they can't make a progress, if you really want it then you need to go for it, you need to become the baddest dude on planet, you must be a fast starter and a strong finisher. And you can only have that kind of pace if you will believe in a slow progress. A slow progress is the starting point of a change in your life. If you will just make a slow progress now instead of watching your life goes by then you will feel much better. A slow progress will lead to a big progress if you repeat it everyday.

Some people want it fast, they don't want small wins, they don't want small actions and small improvements and that's why they were lost. Look at those fat people who wants to become healthier and slimmer... they can never make a small progress because they want it to happen in just weeks. They will enroll on a fitness program that will push them on the very first day, and that's why they can't sustain the program, they will quit. If they can only just be patient and take it one small step at a time then they will be able to stick with the program, all they need to do is do something everyday that will give them momentum, do it for one straight year and they will see a huge amount of progress, if they will just walk for 10-15 minutes a day then that is already a huge accomplishment, you will never see the results so fast but that kind of perspective will build a habit that is very hard to stop.

Do it now, start now, start making a progress now, appreciate it even if it's too small. After all, your mind will go crazy if you're not doing anything. Look at those people who just watch their lives go by and not forcing their fate... they were full of regrets, they want to go back to the past but there is nothing they can do about it anymore, they already lost the game. So while you're still in control.. start now and do something, everything you do will give you a small progress, you just need to trust the process.
