Sometimes you're too busy that's why you can't make a progress, you're mind is too crowded and you're not doing the right thing anymore. You're lost in a place that has no opportunity to become successful. You're too busy but you're not productive, you're confused, you don't know what to do anymore, you just let your confusion and stress dictate the pace, you don't have a game plan, you don't have a blueprint to become successful. Progress is very easy to achieve if you're doing the right thing, it doesn't need to be a perfect process, you just need to do the right thing, it can be a simple process for as long as it is working and making you grow everday.
IT'S TIME TO STOP THE MADNESS
It's time to look at your life closely, study your daily life, cross out all the things that are making you suffering. Delete the thoughts that are making your life harder and harder each day. A right mindset and a right habit are the perfect ingredient for living a happy and successful life. Maybe you are not happy now because you don't have the right ingredient for success, you don't know the right chemistry of actions and people around you that might contribute to the improvement of your life. Maybe you're just accepting people, activities, thoughts, ideas and experience in your life easily, you're not scanning everything, you just go with the flow and not making any rightful judgement to what is right or wrong into your life. Maybe you're just too soft and not disciplined. If you really want to make a progress then check your habits, actions, thoughts and all the things that are happening to your daily life. You will see that your life is full of garbage activities that are not helping you at all. You will find out that your mind is full of negativity, hatred, jealousy, fear and any other negative elements that are hindering your progress. You're disturbed but you can't admit it. It's time to make a change, it's time to stop the madness if you want a different result in your life.
STOP SOMETHING TO MAKE A PROGRESS
Look at your life, something is making it difficult. There is a process that you're doing that is triggering the suffering and struggle. You need to be honest with yourself and accept that you're the one who's making your life even difficult each day. You know what to stop, you just can't stop it because your body is so addicted to it, it's already in your daily life that's why it's so hard to get rid of it.
If you want to have a better health then stop smoking, stop eating junk foods, stop dealing with stressful things too much. Stop procrastinating and go out and walk or jog, you know what to do, you're already old enough to know what is better for your life. If you stop something then you will start progressing, so stop what is damaging your health and your health will become better.
Just same as those people who are diabetic, all they need to do is stop eating foods that are high in sugar, once they stop it... they will see progress. Of course there are some other things that they still need to do but once they stop eating foods with high sugar then the progress will become faster, there will be a development.
IT WILL NOT BE EASY AS IT SOUNDS
Yeah, it sounds easy, of course it will be hard to stop something that is already part of your life. But you have to choose... do you want to become progressive or do you want to become stuck forever. Sometimes all you have to do is stop engaging with what damages you and you will already make a progress. Progress is not all about moving, it's also about stopping something that is not contributing.
Accept that you need to stop it, accept that it will really become uncomfortable but you have no choice but to stop your addiction that is damaging your entire life completely. If you really want to make a progress then you need to stop something, look for something to stop and stop it right away. Don't stop it tomorrow, don't stop it later, don't stop it when it's comfortable... stop it now! Destroy your excuses and stop it now.

The change should happen now, you should believe it now, never believe that it can happen tomorrow.
