If you want to change you must use your willpower and stop being afraid of getting burned out because it is not real, burn out happens because you don't have the right habits yet, it's because you are not use to a new pace or pattern yet that is why you quit. Willpower is better than a relaxed pace. Discomfort is a place where growth happens, you can see your old and weak pattern every time you choose discomfort over pleasures and useless rest. You are stopping all the time and allowing yourself to get distracted again that is why change doesn't take place. You will push for a few minutes and then will go back to your old self again that is weak and cannot do something hard. If you want to see yourself and be mindful all the time, if you want to be present you need to accept that you need to feel uncomfortable 24/7, this is the realest blueprint for change, be mindful and avoid all the habits that are making you weak and useless. You can move all the time but you choose to get comfortable and slow that is why you can't change your stupid life. You think you have the time in the world to change but 20 years have passed and you're still a bum. If you don't want to live like that forever you need to stop looking for comfort and pleasures, it's ok to burnout if that's what you call it but it is much better than resting all day and watching some stupid tv show that corrupts and weakens your mentality. If you want a new you watch yourself and restrict yourself from doing the weak habit again. Change is forced, it is not implemented easily or wished for, you need willpower and brute force to change for the better not for the worse. It is what it is, it's not going to be easy but it is very simple, just avoid what makes you weak and distracted, avoid everything that is not helping you to get better. It's ok if you can't upgrade but don't degrade, don't stick with the old habits that are making you stuck in a mud forever. This is a very simple protocol that you must follow, avoid instant gratification because that is where comfort lives. Your life will change if you will simply avoid the activities that are making you stuck, weak, lazier and ineffective. You don't need to learn something new or do something new, you just need to unlearn the old habits that are making you a bum for life. People that are addicted to drugs will never change their lives by doing something new like being connected to sports or something, they need to stop using drugs. There is an addiction that you have that you can't stop that is why your life hasn't change yet. The addiction can be junkfood, scrolling, laziness, delays, overspending and consuming, making excuses or anything that is making you slow, weak and unproductive. Change will happen if you force yourself to stop being on that cycle anymore. It's better to just sit on your chair and do nothing rather than engaging on your bad habits just to feel comfortable and safe. Sitting on a chair doing nothing is already uncomfortable that is why change is already happening when you do that. Look at yourself, what are the things that you can't leave that is unhealthy and useless, force yourself to leave it and your life will change fast.
