FORCE YOURSELF TO GRIND

No matter how you feel, no matter what you went through, force yourself to grind, as simple as that. Be fast and never let mistakes, what people say or failure stop you. Never let your feelings stop you because the truth is you can still move no matter what, you can still take actions no matter what and that is a fact. One step at a time, one hour at a time, change bit by bit by forcing yourself to do what you promise yourself yesterday. You thought it is going to be easier today because you said you're going to push harder but that's not the truth, if you're still letting your mind control you then you will never make it. If you will always choose comfort then you will rot in weakness, you will never see what you are capable of. You have to love your journey more than anything else if you wanted to succeed, as simple as that. Most people are more interested with other people's lives that is why they can't improve themselves, that is why they can't make a small progress that is very easy to do. Don't do something that is connected to laziness. Scrolling is connected to laziness, eating junk food will make you lazy, getting addicted to pleasures and weak thinking is the path to a lazy life. Just don't be lazy and you're good, as simple as that. The gameplan is to become the hardest worker in your craft and see where it takes you. Laziness will create a snowball effect just like being addicted to pleasures, one pleasure will lead to another and another one and another one. Just like thoughts or remembering something that is unhelpful, one thought will create another thought related to it so you have to look at yourself and focus on what makes you tick. Focus on what makes you productive. One thought that is negative should be stopped right away. Become a finisher, stop running away from discomfort and live with it. Go all in with yourself, force yourself to improve, you're already improving when you're taking actions. Be in a sense of urgency, don't act like you can't do something special. Always think that you can do a lot, always think that you are unstoppable because you are. Stay away from comfort because all it does is make you weak. Force yourself to focus and never give up when you're having a hard time taming your mind, you have to trust yourself that you can do it, you have to trust yourself that you can change your thoughts every now and then, you can watch it and kill a thought that you don't want, you can replace your thoughts to make you very productive. Nothing can stay in your brain for a long time, you can change the way your brain behaves. Stop cursing your thoughts and study yourself, sometimes you are punishing yourself by feeling so bad when a random thought won't go a way. Let it be, let it stay there and work on your mind to produce another one that is more helpful and better for your system.
