Discipline, making sacrifices, not being emotional, doing what you need to do regardless if you like it or not.. that is what will give you power, strength and mentality to become great. This is not about talent, luck, being the chosen one, connections or intelligence... this is about having the ability to do what is needed or stop doing what is unnecessary. If you don't know what to do then just don't do what will make you suffer and struggle even more. If you don't know how to succeed then stop doing what will make you a failure which is wasting time and scrolling on social media for hours. If you don't know how to lose weight then stop doing what gives you more weight which is eating junkfoods and processed foods. You know one thing that will work, you need to focus on it. Success is not about how talented or luck you are, it is not about having the right people or opportunities around you, it is about practicing deprivation, humbleness, singlemindedness, focus, perseverance and consistency. You don't need to become smart here you just need to stick with the process that will somehow give you a slight edge, do something that will somehow cut the distance from where you are to the place where you wanted to go. You can be whatever you wanted to be if you will just stop wasting time and focus on the actions that you already know, just keep repeating them, tweak them if you need to but don't ever change the direction where you want to go. Just keep moving, stop thinking too much because that is a poor choice too, overthinking is the number one habit of losers and slow people. They think too much instead of making a gameplan and doing it, they think too much instead of just showing up or doing something that will somehow ease the pain. This is too simple, if you have an exam tomorrow and you're so afraid that you will fail because you didn't study then study some lessons that will somehow will give you a small courage to show up. You may still fail but at least you give yourself a small confidence to show up and answer some questions. This is building a habit to get better. Get use to doing something even if it is not big at all, get use to trying and giving yourself a chance to win instead of taking your life for granted and taking the easy route that leads to depression and regrets. You will only have the courage to try if you will prepare a little bit or know something a little bit, and even if you don't know anything... you can still practice in your mind that you will take actions no matter what and embrace the consequences of your actions. just do it, just start it and never give up, as simple as that. Train your mind to do what is needed, train yourself to take risk and never waste time again for stupid thoughts or actions that makes you stuck and useless.
