YOUR FEELINGS WILL NEVER BE PERFECT

If you want to become great... make every second count, use it, utilize it to make yourself better. Stay disciplined and committed, do whatever it takes to get to the next level. Just do it, your feelings will never be perfect, you will never become happy all the time, sometimes you will feel happy and sometimes you will feel sad, let go the idea of perfection and you will feel free, you will become expressive and powerful. Your feelings is the only thing that is stopping you, you should be shameless, you should be a doer and not a thinker, you should just do it even if the stakes are high and the possibility of failing and getting humiliated is every high. Embarrassment, failure and pain will give you confidence. Feelings will come and go but philosophy and discipline will stay. If you know your identity and you have an iron philosophy then you will never fail, you will always end up triumphant. Your feelings will never be perfect, there will always be something to bother or disrespect you, there will always be something to make you feel bad. Your thoughts is the key here, control your thoughts and you will be able to control your emotions, that is why self mastery is a gift, focus on it and you will have a much better life. Most people were so attached to their emotions that's why they can't live well, that's why they always breakdown during pressure times. That is why it is important to have a philosophy in life so that you have something to rely on every time something is trying to break you down. Enough of your feelings, stop pampering it, stop making it a priority and just go with it. Live with it, feel it and never stop trying, never stop pushing, it is what it is, if it is hard so be it but don't ever complain and make dramas. Feelings will come and go, you don't need to get attached with it, study yourself, why are you feeling that way? why are you triggered? why are you lazy? why are you not motivated? what will make you tick, what will make you click? you can manipulate your thoughts to produce the emotion that you want to feel. It is hard but it is doable, it is a process, it is a journey so have fun with every steps along the way. You don't need to rush to feel good, you don't need to feel happy right away, stop focusing on the finish line and just focus on every step that you can take. You can win if you will try to win and focus, you can conquer life just don't give up and embrace every feeling that you have. Focus on what you can control which is your thoughts and actions, never focus on what you can't control because it will give you negative emotion. be disciplined enough to know if you're not thinking right, cancel or delete the thoughts that are not serving you. You can get good on this but you need a lot of practice, give it a time because it's worth it.
