BECOME A GOOD STOPPER

This is a simple and most effective technique to change your life... become a good stopper, become a good shifter. Once you find yourself procrastinating... stop right away and do something that is productive. Once you find yourself thinking negatively about people or a particular situation... shift your thoughts right away and think about what you want to achieve in life. This simple discipline and habit will take you very far, it will make you a winner, you will have more power and you will be in control of your life. Because all it takes is delayed gratification. When you find yourself being lazy... work right away, that should be the trigger, the negative habit should be the trigger and starting point of stopping it. Stop it and don't make excuses why you need to continue it. Don't say just one more stick, just five more minutes, just one more day or week... stop it and go back to the right habits. Focus on depriving yourself of things that are making you weak, once you mastered this... you will become unstoppable, your confidence will go above the roofs. You can be anything you want if you will force yourself to concentrate on the right habit that will make you go further. You are unstoppable, nothing can stop you. You will have more time when you're disciplined. It's just a matter of developing this habit, once you find the trigger... go back to work again. Don't be afraid to stop the fun and comfort because it is a fake comfort, it gives you ease for now but it will give you pain in the end. What is fun will never give you a good life, it will make you worse, it will never give you any progress so focus on the hard things like preparation, studying, exercise, working hard and you will have a much better life. Know your priorities, know what will move the needle and will make you better. Stop focusing on things and activities that will make you just waste time for nothing, you will never get anything from wasting time, you have to take matters into your own hands and force fate. You don't need to feel good all the time, discipline will make you feel good in the end. It will feel suck in the beginning but once you have the momentum you will feel so right. Stop the nonsense, stop the weakness now. Once you find yourself doing something stupid... stop it right away and never look back. Do what will give you strength, power and greatness. Do what will make you improve a little bit. It all begin with the mind, build a mind so strong that nothing can break it, don't let cheap dopamine weakens it. You have the power to become a better person, all you need to do is start now, make things happen, build yourself and never quit when the going gets tough. You have to make sure you will stay disciplined and committed, be a good stopper, stop the pleasures and laziness now and make it as a trigger to do some other things that will put you on a best position to succeed.
