ANY STRESSOR IS STRENGTHENING YOU

Anything that stresses you out, anything that bothers your mind or making you feel bad is only making you strong, don't worry about it, treat it as a normal thing. Embrace it and try to see what it is teaching you. What can't kill you can only make you stronger so be happy if you're struggling or suffering. Embrace the pain, welcome the difficulties and never back down to any challenge. You just have to remind yourself that you can weather any storm, there is no problem that cannot be solved or endured. Any discomfort is nothing, it's your drama that is making it so hard, it's your laziness and softness that makes your life miserable. So stop being a diva, you are not a chicken, start to make yourself hard and embrace life. This is life, it is really difficult, if it is not hard then it is not life, as simple as that. Define yourself, who are you? what can you do? are you going to let a small challenge define you? are you going to let softness and weakness be attached to your identity? who cares if it is hard? who cares about your emotions? stop looking for sympathy or drama because it's only making you weaker even more. You have to stand up and do what is needed like a real grown up man or woman, you don't need anyone to pamper you, you don't need a comfortable situation to move, just live with it, deal with everything that needs to be deal with and never make excuses. 

NOTHING CAN STOP YOU IF YOU WILL EMBRACE EVERYTHING

You can run on a muddy road, you can pass the long traffic, you can drink the hot coffee, shoot under pressure, work even if you're tired, ask even if you're not confident, continue even if everyone is laughing, fight even if you're already defeated, speak when you are nervous, answer even if you're doubtful, start a business even if you don't have any money, say sorry even if you have pride, run even if you have a sprain, walk even if you have only one leg, ask a girl even if you're ugly, apply for a job even if you're unqualified, stress is only in the mind, you can do anything you want even if you're feeling bad. You just need to change your perspective and believe that you are stronger than how you feel about yourself. You can endure anything, you can solve anything and that is your greatest power. Your asset is to weather any kind of storm and power through to the top. It's time to leave weakness from your body, it's time to kill the diva mentality and start forging the do it mentality, all you have to do is take actions. Forget the future and life will become much easier, forget the results, forget what the future may hold, what will happen will happen, you have to force yourself to do the right thing so that your mind will get stronger and body become harder. If you're always holding yourself back and acting like it's alright to avoid challenges then you're in big trouble, you will get weaker and weaker as the time goes by. 

make is simple, stop trying to control everything, stop being a perfectionist and just show up, give yourself a chance to try, give yourself a chance to win in life. It is not that complicated, you will just need to try and give everything you've got, focus on giving your best, focus on showing up and you will live life happier.
