THE REAL SOURCE OF ENERGY, STRENGTH AND POWER

It's not food, hope, happiness, results, success, help, inspiration, motivation or vacation... it's delayed gratification, sacrifice and discipline. These are the real source of energy. You will feel happy for a few seconds after eating, you will feel excited after buying something, you will feel hyped after watching a stupid motivational video but those will only last for a few seconds. It is fleeting and not stable, the truth is it's also even eating your energy. Look at you after scrolling a lot of motivational videos... you still feel wasted, look at yourself after eating... you feel tired and hungry again, it is draining your energy. After taking a vacation you're stressed again, after borrowing money from a friend you're broke again, after buying a cellphone you feel weak again. Consumption is eating a lot of your energy and time. If you want to have more power... exercise, do what is hard, learn something, refrain from eating sugar and restrict yourself from scrolling a lot of videos. Do this for at least 12 hours... don't scroll, don't eat sugar, don't watch TV, don't play video game, don't stalk on social media, don't consume anything and you will feel powerful than before. You will experience an energy that you haven't felt before. You will never feel weak again, you will never feel tired and stressed. That's the power of discipline and delayed gratification. Because the truth is why the hell will you eat? you are not even hungry, why will you scroll a lot of videos? you don't even need those information, it's frying your brain quickly. The reason why most people are tired, depressed, weak and slow is because they are scrolling and consuming too much and companies and doctors are not exposing this because they are earning a lot of money, that's how system works. If you don't want to become trapped in a rat race where most people quickly dies... stop consuming and start thinking consciously, don't put a lot of information in your brain that you don't even need because it will kill you. It will destroy your body, it will make you a zombie. Strength comes from perseverance, endurance, doing the hard things and not wasting time for nothing. The more you delay your tasks, the more you procrastinate the more you destroy your own fate. If you want to have more energy don't look for food and something to consume, just stay still, just exercise, just breathe, just work and you will have more energy. If you are fat, weak and slow it's because you are addicted to consuming, you have a weak mind. Processed foods and stupid posts on social media made your mind weak, it's time to take over and control your life, it's time to become the best version of yourself... stop the stupidity now and have more energy. Medicines won't save you, it is only tricking you, you have to practice delayed gratification and you will feel so much better than before.
