deprivation means change

You deprive yourself of something that is into healthy to your body, mind and soul. You stop watching porn, you stop gossiping, you stop eating junk foods, you stop being lazy and that's it... change will take place, as simple as that. If you want change stop looking outside, look inside and you will see that you are sabotaging yourself if you are being honest with your sins and mistakes. You are weak not because you are born weak, you are weak because you made yourself weak by indulgence. You are celebrating no victories, you are rewarding yourself all the time from achieving nothing, you think you are entitled of getting something that you don't deserve. And that is why you are weak, obese, sick and broke. If you want a better life you need to change now, process the change now, deprive yourself of something that you don't need and keep getting better all the time. Not eating a junk food is already a win, not watching porn is already a win, not scrolling and not wasting time is already a win. Your life will change automatically once you deprive yourself of something that is weakening you and making you lazy and fat. This is a very simple thing yet most people can't do because they're too addicted with pleasures and laziness. That is not how it goes. Winning means control, it means discipline, it's not what you consume, it's not what you get... it's what you don't do. This is what most people are confused, they thought that eating something, buying something or posting on social media makes them a winner but the truth is not. It's not what you do that makes you a winner. Not buying stupid stuffs, not being arrogant, not skipping training, not eating junkfood, not joining useless parties, not wasting time, not being emotional on small problems... this will make you a winner and nothing else. Deprivation means change, deprive yourself of the things that are making you weak , sick, slow and broke and you will win in life. Change starts now, endure the pain of not eating something, endure the boredom of not watching porn, you will see the change in just a matter of weeks. This is not going to take too long, you just need at least 2 weeks of not sabotaging yourself and you will feel the impact. Continue it, that's just the momentum builder, if you don't stop being disciplined then you will start living a new life, something that is in control, something that is more powerful than the old ways. So whenever you feel uncomfortable, don't look for food or comfort... embrace the discomfort and finish the task, embrace what needs to be done and never look for something that will numb the pain, embrace the discomfort because it is the real path to change.
