The good news is you can get better everyday mentally, physically, financially or spiritually. It all depends on what you do. Discipline is the key, form habits that will give you the identity that you want. Nothing can stop you from improving, you're the only one who can stop yourself. The key to self improvement is being conscious. What habits and thoughts you want to erase in your life? you can only erase it by being aware of what you're doing and what you're thinking. Be present and never let your mind wander anywhere. If you are really serious with getting better you better take the process seriously or else you will never get anything in life. Identify what really matters to you and focus on it. If it's about money then work for more money, if it's health then work on your health, set your priorities and focus on them. Stop giving away your energy for stupid subjects and activities that will make you weak. It's time to live a different life and you will only experience that by being disciplined and committed to the process. Start now, start raising your value by being disciplined and committed to your journey. You don't need to know what everyone is doing, let them live their lives, stop wasting your time watching other people's lives because it is stealing your energy and potential. You have to own your time, you have to enjoy watching your own life and not get interested with a stupid influencer's fake life. Everyone is fake nowadays, everyone is craving for attention that is they they are making face acts just to get your attention, they are stealing your valuable time that you could have use to make yourself better and you are allowing it. The question is... will you allow it again. You can become anything you want if you will protect your time and stop being interested with stupid stuffs that makes you worse. You're better than that, the good news is you can change now, the good news is you can make something interesting with your life now, the starting line is today, stop waiting for tomorrow before you change, stop waiting for new year before you make a change because you've been doing that for decades and it is not working. The right time is when you're not ready, when you're uncomfortable and feeling lazy, start and never give up, bet on yourself. Trust your next step and keep following through no matter what. The resistance will never go away but you can trick your subconscious mind to make it less powerful. Do it, start now and keep following through. Face your fears, destroy your laziness, never give up and keep pushing further no matter what. You have to go for what you want if you really want to make it in life. You can get better now, it's really up to you if you will stick with your old bad habits or are you going to force yourself to improve and get better now. It all starts with the first step then the next one and the next one, all the steps needed will be uncovered if you don't stop.
