Visualize, make an affirmation, face challenges, do what is hard, face your problems, face the pressure, face the pain. If you can face your fear and beat your laziness then your mentality gets stronger and stronger. If you can ignore the critics, if you can filter the negative thoughts, if you can think the right way then your mind will become bulletproof and no situation can bother you. Of course you will still have some negative thoughts every now and then but if you keep on persevering then positivity will always win, you will always fall down to a better place. The idea here is to focus on yourself, focus on making your mind stronger and never let any unwanted thoughts or useless information control you. Focus on your philosophy and always believe in yourself no matter what the situation is. Your mind is everything, your dominant thought will manifest into reality, whatever can make your mentality strong... do it.
What makes your mind weak is you listen to what people say, you give their suggestions a deeper meaning even if they don't resonate with your beliefs. You have to focus on making decisions on your own and never let the masses affect your thinking. You want to be accepted, you want to look good, you want their approval and that's why you feel so weak all the time. If you will just believe that anything you do is right then you no longer need to listen to negative whispers. Even a suggestion or opinion is positive... still don't listen to it if you don't like it. You need to do it your way, for as ling as you're not hurting anybody... you are right. Follow your heart, allow yourself to become the person that you want to be, express yourself, you will never be able to do it if you're always listening to others. The truth is they don't even know you, they don't even care about you. Your mind will get weaker and weaker every time you think about the future, every time you worried about what people say. And one more thing, also don't think about the past because it will also weaken your mind, it will make you depressed and stuck.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, this will make your mind stronger too. Force yourself to take actions, just do it no matter what. Even if it is hard, even if you feel so lazy and weak... do it. Your mind get stronger and stronger every time you do it while feeling lazy and slow. It doesn't matter if you are slow in doing any kind of exercise, what matters is you are doing it. Start now and never stop, do 10 mins of exercise first then rest for 5 minutes then go back to exercising again. You don't need to finish fast, you just need to do it, you just need to move your body. This will train your mental stamina, it will make you handle stress even better. If your body is strong then your mind is strong too. Make the body stronger through exercise, make it a habit, you will have total control of your sanity if you're doing it everyday. Never care if it is your birthday, never care about holidays, still exercise no matter what day it was.
Your mind is your ultimate weapon. There are lot of ways to make it stronger. Visualize everyday of the person you want to become. Challenge yourself to ship up during uncomfortable moments, do whatever it takes to make a progress, face your fears, do what is hard. You mind can become your weapon or enemy, it all depends on how you take care of it. The best way to make it tougher is to stop scrolling on social media and start getting active. Move your body instead of being stuck in one place, just move and enjoy the process. You can improve your mind, all it takes is patience and focus. Step by step... move into a stronger state, never let the outside influences weaken your mind, never let anything paly with your mind, protect it at all cost and always remember that it is the only thing that you can control that will make you a winner in life.
