IT'S OK TO BE SCARED

Just one step at at time, one breathe at a time and learn how to feel and let go. All of your fears will go away if you will learn to let go and detach from everything that is scaring you. Win or lose, die or live, hurt or happiness... just let go and let what will happen happen. It's not that you will not even try, it's not that you will become a bum that is just lying on your bed... of course you will still try but you will never focus on what will happen next, you will never control everything and worry about what the future holds. Just let go, release the resistance, stop making it harder for yourself by trying too hard to control what you can't control. Focus on your strengths, focus on what you can do and just breathe. Everything will be alright, if you already did your best, if you already prayed a lot then it's time to let go of it, let it go and it will come back to you, it will be yours if you stop worrying too much because a scared energy will never attract big opportunity. 

You're just a human being, you will be scared of failure, you will be scared to try, you will be scared to get tired and not get what you want. But that's ok, the good thing about being scared is you can still move forward despite of feeling it, you can still carry on and give yourself a chance to win. Remind yourself that you can still do something despite of this negative emotion. You must always see yourself, you must be aware that you are scared and still do what you need to do. Because at the end of the day it's not about how you feel, it's about what you do. Did you give your best despite of being scared? did you still manage to give everything you've got despite of feeling stuck and frozen? You can still move no matter what, you can still do something so stop letting fear control you, just feel it and still take actions. It doesn't matter if you are slow, it doesn't matter if you keep on making mistakes, what matters is you move forward and you don't quit. 

That feeling will go away, feel it for a dew seconds and it will go away. Learn to breathe while staring at your fears, never back down, never quit, never stop taking actions. Fear is just a feeling, nothing can hurt you if you will stay still and breathe. Just move forward no matter what, don't act like you can't do something, you have to push yourself to still do what you need to do because that's the only thing that will save you... actions. Be slow if you can't be fast but never stop moving forward. It's hard and uncomfortable but once you build that small momentum and gain a little confidence... nothing can stop you anymore.
