BUILDING THE MENTAL TOUGHNESS

It's simply about choosing to do what is harder but will give you something in the future. It's simply about controlling your thoughts and picking the right images and information that will make you a better person. Mental toughness is simply not giving up, you keep pushing until the end, you don't care if you're so damn tired... you just go for it. Just don't be lazy for a today and you're already mentally tough, don't be lazy today and work so damn hard, repeat it tomorrow and never stop. Being mentally tough means you're moving all the time and being aware that laziness and procrastination will only make your life worse. You are the creator of your own life, you're building yourself everyday, you're the one who is in charge of your destiny so don't ever blame something or someone if you life sucks right now, it's because of you, you're the one who's pulling yourself down. You need to step up your game and be the man if you want to win, ask yourself if you really want it, if your answer is yes then do something you haven't done before. 

Always choose action over inaction, always remember that the solution to your problem is movement, if you can't move then your mental game will become weak. Do something even if you're not so sure about it, take matters into your own hands. If you think you will lose then keep fighting, if you feel tired then keep moving, it's all about controlling your thoughts and emotions, you need to think that you can still win even if you're down big time, you need to think that adversity breeds victory, all you have to do is persevere and you will win, as simple as that. It's too simple, there's nothing complicated about it. Never forget that the power is yours, never let your negative emotions control you, always think that negative feelings will pass anytime soon, all you have to do is never give up. 

Mental toughness is simply taking the risk, doing it now, giving your best and being in the moment. Forget about the bad things that may happen and focus on what you're trying to get, implement the game plan, follow your intuition and never back down to any challenge, forget about your feelings, forget about comfort and enforce your will. Being mentally tough is simply being relaxed in times of uncertainty knowing that you can overcome anything. You should feel entitled to overcome, never let anything stun you, never let something make you quit, you have to keep going no matter what. Weather the storm because it's only just a matter of time before things get better again. Just keep plodding, keep trying, it will take time to create a momentum and confidence but for sure you will be able to get there, just hang on there and never let go. Feel powerful during uncomfortable moments, always believe in yourself and your ability to persevere.
