HOW TO THRIVE UNDER PRESSURE

If you are on a big stage, if you are pursuing a huge goal... you will be pressured, you will be out of your mind and if you let your emotions control you then you will be in big trouble.

All you have to do is stay calm and you can do it by breathing slowly, feeling the pain, feeling the fear. You are pressured because you think you are going to lose, you are worried about what people are going to say, you think that someone is rushing you.

Always remember that the most important thing is you are still alive and you can still do a lot of good things, you can still experience a lot of great things in life. There is nothing to be pressure about, you don't even need to win it all, you don't need to look great. The most important thing is you are enjoying the process and you have no plan of quitting anytime soon.

Just do what you can do, its ok to move a little quicker but make sure you are aware of what you are doing and saying. Enjoy the pain, enjoy the struggle, life is too short so you also need to enjoy the bad things in your life because it is all part of your life.

Soon the pressure will go away once you learn to accept it. If you realized that life is not perfect and it is not suppose to be then it will become easier to manage everything.

Pressure is only in your head, you're giving too much expectations for yourself, you need to remember that life is just a game, it's how you play it, you can change everything by the way of thinking. Always think that everything will be alright no matter what happens. All you have to do is endure it, enjoy it and simply give your very best every single second.

Pressure is just a feeling, always remember that you are in control of how you feel. You can always create the feeling that you wanted, it all depends on what is playing inside of your head.
