Lack of motivation is not the problem, lack of urgency is. You will never feel motivated all everyday, there will be days when you really feel so tired and overwhelmed you feel like nothing good will happen and you will break down, you feel that the world is punishing you and you can't move anymore. You feel hopeless and depressed, you don't want to move anymore.
Don't worry if you don't feel motivated, it will happen to anyone, it will happen to you one day if it is not happening now. SO if you don't feel motivated... just power through, just push through. Motivation is nothing without action, some people are feeling motivated but they can't even start. It's better to feel hopeless but still moving, action is the only key here, action will make you successful... just keep that in mind.
Motivation will come if you're taking action, just push forward... never stop until you feel good, you will feel good in just a matter of time so don't worry about it.
Just keep working hard, make hard work as your culture and you will feel motivated everyday. There is no such thing as feeling good first before starting, once you feel bad... that's the signal that you need to take actions.
Never trust motivation because it will never come when you needed it, you will never feel motivated, just take actions now and see what happens next. Successful people were not feeling good everyday, they were just good in taking actions whenever they need to do it. They don't mind not feeling good at all, they never care about their emotions... they just do it no matter what. Because your only enemy is yourself, if you will always prioritize your feelings then you will never achieve anything. Move despite of pressure, move despite of feeling bad... good things will happen to you. Just wait for it.
