Pleasures and distractions, these are the two things you need to avoid and you will win in life, as simple as that. You have a lot of things going on with your life that is why you are not winning. Watch yourself, watch your thoughts and actions, watch how you live your life and you will find out that it is all your fault since day one, the reason why you are not thriving is because you waste your time and energy a lot for nonsense things that doesn't even matter at all. Get crazy with what you're trying to achieve and you will get it in just one month, the reason why you can't get it is because you have a lot of distractions in life, you're doing a lot of things that doesn't even matter at all. If you don't want to get scared anymore you need to get ready, disciplined, committed and alert all the time. You must work insanely hard and give your all, you must face challenges, you must stop being soft, you must be responsible and goal oriented, that is the only way to stop being scared of anything, you have a mission and you are here to accomplish it. Seriousness, being prepared and having a disciplined mind and strong body will make you fearless. You have to be moving forward all the time and stop letting stupid entertainment make you dependent of happiness, you need to become independent and free from programming and medias that is messing up your mentality. There is a trigger for procrastination and you need to be aware of it, kill that trigger, completely remove it from your system, once you feel that you need to stop keep moving forward, once a thought is trying to kill your momentum... stop that thought, you are in control here, some thoughts will make you emotional, some thoughts will destroy your focus, you need to be conscious all the time and make your mind work for you not for others, make your mind your most powerful weapon not your worst enemy. Once you find yourself thinking about something that is not serving you or only making you slow and lazy... just push forward, that is the only way to erase that thought, that is the only way to make a negative and useless thought useful, use it as a trigger, to do this you must be aware of what you're thinking. Master your mind and you will master your reality, there is a cue for taking actions, most of the time people can't find that cue. Create a pattern, watch yourself carefully, whenever you are feeling tired you must move, whenever you are procrastinating you must move. Slowness can become your fuel for speed, negativity can become your trigger for productivity. Once you think about a thought that is making you feel bad and lazy... move, that is the only way to rewire your mind, you must use a though that is not serving you to push for your goals. Whenever a person comes to your mind and you don't like thinking about him... stop thinking and just take actions, be productive instead of letting a thought control you or poison your mind. If you want to stop being scared anymore you need to be mindful of your thoughts, control your body, always prepare, always work hard, study yourself and watch your thoughts, watch everything that is running your system and try to improve it.
