If YOU CAN admit that what you're doing is bad, if you can detect easily that a move is useless or a thought is harmful then you can shift your decisions easily. You can alter your thoughts, you can change direction, you can strop procrastinating fast and go the other way that is more advantageous to your side. Being lazy is a trigger to move, being scared is a trigger to continue, pain is a trigger to keep going, fear of failure is a trigger to try. Just try having this kind of mindset, use fear as a compass and you will find a way how to succeed. Whenever there is something trying to stop you... just push, just go and and never give up, never stop, never think about winning right away because that is making you stuck even more, you need to focus on taking actions and just doing it no matter what. You need to keep on fighting for what you want, you want to become great right? then do whatever it takes to succeed, as simple as that. Be fast, be bold, be courageous even if you are scared. There are triggers why you need to stop trying and use that trigger to try, that is why you need to be mindful of your actions, be mindful of your thoughts and keep trying no matter what. Become a doer, a starter and a finisher. Stop judging yourself because this is simply about taking actions, this is not about being perfect... this is about being imperfect and taking matters into your own hands, as simple as that. Watch yourself all the time, why are you stopping? why are you hesitating, your thoughts are not real, some thoughts should not stop you, it should not make you feel a certain way, yes is is disturbing but never let it control you. Have a short term memory and just keep living again tomorrow. There is always another chance, there is always another way. Focus on trying to get better and you will get better, as simple as that. Always take the risk no matter what, always do what is hard and never care if you can't make it easy, if it is hard so be it, accept that it is hard and do it anyway. You will become much faster if you will accept that you need to take a million steps in order to win. Become a robot if you need to, there are trigger why you think a certain way, feel a certain way and stop taking actions. Use that trigger to go the other way, if the trigger is stopping you use it to move, use it to become braver. Make your life simple, make it easy by entertaining the right thoughts that will make you better, stronger and mover. The time is now, what the hell are you waiting for? you have to move and do what is needed, take actions, be the best that you can be, just simply give your best and that is enough. You don't need to become perfect here, you don't need to compare yourself, you just need to show up, stop trying to become perfect and take actions no matter what, It is what it is, it's going to be hard but you can make it if you really want it. Anything bad is a trigger, anything disrespectful, anything ugly, anything that is trying to stop you can become a tool to take actions and do what is right.
