If you want to become happier in your work, career or goal... do it for the entertainment, don't do it for the money because that will take away the fun. Always thinking about the money will make you lazy and weak, it will make you needy and slow. You have to focus on the process and enjoy it as much as you can, the money will come, you don't need to look for it. If you're doing it because of fun or entertainment, if you're getting entertained by it then you will attract better results because you're performing a lot better. Money takes away the passion and hunger, thinking about it and not being satisfied of what you've got makes you a mediocre person because all you want is to get it, you're no interested with the hustle anymore, you're not being in the moment, you always think that you need to get paid more and that's why you don't want to take actions and work hard.
Do it for the fun, do it for the creativity itself. Just don't think about where the next money will come, it will come if it is about to come, you will get paid once you get really better. If you're just an amateur or a beginner asking for more money then you will never get it, you must be willing to get paid less and work more if you want to become successful. Always thinking that you're underpaid will never attract bigger opportunities, you must stay humble and be willing to do whatever it takes to make your work better. Just love your work and you will be taken care of, you don't need to worry anymore, just love the hustle and the process and you will get everything you need.
Most people nowadays will pass on smaller opportunities because they think they deserve of getting more but once they can't find that bigger opportunity they will go back to the smaller options only to find out that it's gone already. It's important to know your worth but you are replaceable then you can't demand big money, you have to make yourself better first before you ask for something big. Enjoy the process, make yourself better each day and you will get bigger money in the future. Always remind yourself that nobody pays big for someone who is mediocre and lazy, you can't ask for bigger bucks if your value was too low, stop dreaming... you are replaceable so stay humble and just work hard.
The only way to get bigger money is stop stop being needy of it and just work hard, it's ok to dream about it but don't ever feel that you're entitled of getting it right away. Prove yourself first, put in the work and never slack off, prove to them that you can outwork everyone. Hustle and focus can give you anything you want, you just need to pay the price first. Stop feeling entitled, stop feeling special because you not, you're just an ordinary person trying to make a living. There are levels to this, if you're not willing to put in the work then you will never go further.
