Whatever you think, whatever you do... it's shaping your character, you're becoming who you are. It's either you are getting worse or getting better, there is no in between, there is no such as maintaining. You are either going up or going down, it all depends on what actions, words and thoughts you are attaching yourself with. So be aware of what's going on inside of your head, are you thinking the right way? are you doing the right thing? are you improving a little bit? you are creating yourself every second because what you are doing now will continue, that is why it's hard to create a new habit because your old habits were already deep and was ingrained into your system for a very long time. That's why companies doesn't want to hire old people because it's hard to teach them something new, they have their own way of doing things. The young people were still easy to manipulate because they don't have deep bad habits in them, they are still trainable and they still follow orders from other people. So watch yourself carefully and if you're doing a lot of shitty things because it will backfire at you in the end, if your bad habits were already too deep then it will be harder to change your life, if you're a bum for 20 years then there is a tendency that you will become a bum for the rest of your life. That's why if you're already lazy for a week or two then you better change your mood, change your energy and go back to working hard because if you stay on being lazy long enough then you will become lazy forever. Everything you do, everything you think will affect your future so you better be careful of the thoughts and actions that you're associating yourself with. Developing a habit is not that easy, it's as process but once you were able to develop the good habits that will give you a better life then it's very easy to become successful.
Work hard for 21 straight days and you will already see a difference in your life, you will feel amazing, you will feel unstuck, you will have a direction. It's all about what you are doing now, it's not about what you did yesterday, it's not about the past, it's about what's happening in the present. There's a high tendency that you will do again tomorrow what you did today. So always be mindful of yourself and cancel out all the bullshi*s in your life. You are building or destroying your life every second, so don't worry if you're in a bad situation now, don't worry if you're struggling, everything will change if you change your attitude and behavior, always remember that what you are doing now will affect the outcome of your future. So you better do the right thing, think the right way, stay disciplined and committed to take actions so that you will attract better results into your life.
